pretty sure the frowny is actually the start of the emote. Basically its someone comforting a sad someone else. Whether he is comforting her with a pat on the head or a dick in the mouth is still unresolved. Maybe the pat on the head is to say "yeah baby, thats how i like it" ROFL!
