I can confirm this... lol. Wicken and I have been running Vengeance since Pug and Tally left. Last weekend Wicken decided he wanted to move on and enjoy the game from the perspective of a player not beholden to anyone (well, except for his wife *whip cracks*). I was ok with that, not happy... but understood. Wicken left on very good terms and was told if he wanted to come back... say the word. He seriously could not have left on better terms.
That night I decided to step away from the game and not think about it since I needed some time to figure out what to do in terms of leading the guild, what direction should we take. The only way to do that was to get out of the house, away from the machines and Ventrilo and go see a movie. Well a few hours later the cell rings and it is Pug. I knew what the call was about, we might talk a couple times a month, but the timing was more than suspect. I figured one of the guildies who still plays EQ2 and LOTR with Pugs might have clued him in. Nope, he tells my FAYLENE came crying like a little girl to him that Wicken left the guild. Why?
Pug has made it clear time and time again he can't handle this petty bullshit. He and his wife have real-life medical issues they are dealing with, they don't need the stress of handling this crap on a day to day basis and they have NO interest in Faylene's persecution complex. He reached out to them when he was booted from Vengeance and was told by them... deal with it, Wicken's decision stands. So now that Wicken is gone does he think he is going to get it reversed? Not likely, last I checked I'm still there.
Seriously man, get a life.
Wicken... say the word and I can undo what you did Saturday.
