Okay, a few things:
1) It was a pickup group, so I can tolerate some slack on dps, but that zone took a fucklong time because we we were crawling through it, though like I said originally, if it was only that I wouldn't have cared.

2) Rolling on items for alts, when it's a good upgrade for someone in the group is a huge dick move, had someone else had done it to you, you'd be just as upset.

3) How can you play a beserker to 70 and not know even the most basic things about them? I've never played a zerker, but know they don't use duel wields well.

4) As for your comment on meeting up and beating me in dps, bring it on, I'd bet all the plat I have that I would destroy you, you got beat in dps by a fucking paladin MT. I could probably beat you with my templar.

5) Learn some grammar and spelling you fucking retard.

I'm fairly new to these forums so allow me to introduce myself. I am Corsica/Goshawk from Vengeance. I am one of two senior officers of the guild, so this thread is of particular interest to me. You see, last night (before I saw this thread) we booted Faylene and his wife Acaycia from the guild after 100p in items was taken from the guild bank and many of them appeared in short order on Faylene's broker. We were handed some excuse that he needed items to level transmuting, that the items he removed from the guild bank that could have been used by level appropriate players for adornments were too high level, so he was going to sell them to buy the items he needed to level with. He never cleared it with any officer.

Now you can say it was our fault for leaving the items in banks 1-3 which members can access, and we accept that which is why we did not post anything publicly until I saw this thread. The items were placed there so guildies who needed them could take them on an honor system. The only issue we had was Faylene. Bottom line, all the officers consulted were in agreement, it was outright theft and we wanted no part of this person in our guild. His wife was angry that we booted her as well, but the bottom line is if you leave one account with guild access you have effectively given them both access. For the record, Acaycia threatened to report me to SOE for booting her from the guild, I'm pretty sure some GM will get a chuckle from that.

I am glad I found this post as it reaffirms what we already knew, this person was a stain on our guild's reputation. Reast assured, we will never abide this type of behavior toward fellow guildies or other players on the server. I sincerely apologize on behalf of Vengeance for your negative experience Tion.

Hello everyone and thank you for such a great thread. I was compelled to post after reciving a phone call from Corsica about 2 hours ago telling me, we were not the only ones with Faylene problems.

Hi i'm Sugg/Wicken the other Senior Officer of Vengeance. Corsica said it well and I hope this thread makes some noise on the Nek server. I would hate to see others stolen from like Tion was. Or another guild bank hit like Feylene hit ours.

I wanted to shed a few more details on the situation that surrounded our guild bank and the theft. It started back a week and a half ago when (HE) Feylene sent me a tell asking for the plat we had in bank 4. At the time there was a little over 100plat put there by the guild leader for the officers to quickly access. If there was a class defining item or spell on the broker we felt a fellow guildie might need we could get it. It was our emergency "Oh crap its in 60-69 or on the broker...cash" that I've removed as you can imagine.

I replied to him simply that it wasn't to give away, it was a guild fund, explained the reason it was there and who it belonged to. He then insisted I give it to him anyway. Again I replied and asked the reason he wanted it. Amazingly enoguh he told me he had just gone broke trying to attain 350 as a transmuter and had no money to buy the raws he needed to get his Adept III spells made. I told him to talk to the guild leader about it and if the guild leader felt it was a worthy cause then so be it, but I wasnt going to help him out at that time. Or give him that kind of coin just to blow on the broker. He then insisted that I give him 10 plat until he talked to the guild leader. I of coarse said no, and dropped the subject.

I brushed the whole thing off until last night when I was scanning the bank log and just about blew a gasket. Over the past 2 weeks (HE) Faylene had been taking items and spells that he didn't have character to use them on. The last straw was, our guild leader put adornments and items to make adornments with in the bank for the members to get if they needed them 2 days ago. Yesterday Faylene had taken 2-18 plat adornments (one was a crit hit and the other a DPS) a stack of T7 powders, a stack of T7 Infusion, 52-T7 shards, a stack of T7 drinks, (and more to list but do didnt write it all down before posting).

Courious I made my way to the broker. A quick search... and i found under HIS name are all the items he took from the bank. They arefor sale right now so if your courious go look. Or whats left of them anyway. Last night at 11PM CT, some were still there.

Now in the last year or so you could have put anything in the bank you wanted to and no one would take anything without asking for it first. People respect each other here in Vengeance and it's a good feeling. As you can imagine we were shocked and after talking it over with Corsica and two other officers I personally removed both his toons from the guild and then his wife.

You just dont take items out of a guild bank and sell them for personal gain. It's common sence in which he plainly proved he has none of. He claims he did nothing wrong and we are at fault for removing he and his wife.

Tion it's too bad hind-sight is 20/20. Clearly the sword was to sell for his Transmuting habbit. Call yourself lucky thats all he ripped off from you.

P.S. Mel, you hit the nail on the head. Parents like him are scary. Not only that he was asking us to call him on the phone to work things out. He gave out his phone number in tells. The last thing I want is to call and my number show up on the caller ID of a pissed off geek video gamer. Not sure if I want him having my cell phone number????

I'm not really sure that was his WIFE I kicked from the guild. My opinion is they were all his accounts and toons. He never used Vent and we asked him if he would like to explain to us his side of things we were in a channel waiting on him. Then he wanted to know what vent was.

Ok the guild issue is BULL SHIT and I have been disputing it. There is no proof and I have proof that its bull shit. I never stole nothing from the guild and the guild never bothered to azsk for clarification they just assumed and reacted. So before you start posting all that crap you might want to make sure you got the facts straight.

As far as my kid goes, you dont know the details of what was happening and I was handling it. If the ER was the answer then I would have taken her. I am a good parent and want to move past that piece just because its no ones business but mine.

And as far as NFG goes... I am all for it. But that rule did not seem to apply when 2 items I needed droped and both times treated like a FFA. But I did not bitch about it I just played on. When T did hnot get the item he wanted all of a sudden it became an issue. All I am saying is NFG needs to apply to all players on every drop or not at all. And NBG was not being used unbtil that weapon dropped then all of a sudden shit hit the fan. And while I was discussing the issue with himn he went to the other chat channels and started bitchen and then started in group chat. And when it started messing up the groups ability to function all over an item it just made a little issue into this crap. When I was thining about using it for my Zerker I was getting info from T and was considering taking his advice and giving it to him and then the BS started and I chose to keep just because of how he was acting.

So you all enjoy I am done with this crap. I have never seen so much gay ass drama with grone adults before and I think some people forget that ITS JUST A GAME and its supposed to be fun not a soap.

As far as the logs go.... It is being used right now to prove my case with vengeance. I have asked to see the so called proof and do not get a reply. but after that is done I will just put the whole thing up for everyone to filter through if they want them selves.
