I will instead keep it at this: GL on your new ventures Gator and Phamion -- you've helped a lot of people and there is nothing wrong with wanting to move on to something better. Those who have known you for as long as I have will hopefully share my sentiments.

You're going to start raiding with another guild, but you're NOT bailing on EO? How's that work exactly? Unless you honestly think you are so shitty and hated that they'd be better off without you, its a load of horseshit. But if that's the case, you're doing them a disservice by even remaining guilded.

Anyway, I'm curious what sort of lies they weaved to run people off? Was it things like, "This person sucks and isn't trying to improve, they need to be replaced"? Cause thats the sort of hard decisions a leader needs to make if you want to progress.

We were asked by Gator to help clean up his raid force and weed out the people who were hampering the guilds progression. We actually never had to kick anybody we always tried to just improve them so nobody would have to be removed. Gator kicked Scuba because Scuba wanted to play the victim 24/7. Always making excuses as to why he could not hold aggro (for 1 his mock was ad3), always bitching and whining. Gator did the right thing in my opinion.

We also instituted a set of new guidelines that people had to follow. The one that people hated the most was maintaining a 50% raid attendance. That would be making two out of the four raids per week. Not a lot to ask from people. If they did not maintain the 50% they could not bid on items until it was passed on by all mains.

And as for talking about players and yes, other officers behind their backs, yes we did indeed. We talked with leadership about who was doing or not doing their jobs in a raid setting. We talked about the officer Scuba just sucking at his class and there was no way to help him because he refused to take any advice on how to hold aggro. Hey Zorbu, those were called leadership meetings you fucking cunt waffle. Maybe you should have shown up to them and you would have a fucking clue as to what you speak of you ignorant bastard.

This was interesting, "weaving your lies to get what you wanted". That is really funny, because in the 3 months I was there I got no loot and I never had anybody kicked from the guild. Scuba kept running his mouth to Gator and Gator kicked him pal. We had nothing to do with his attitude, all we cared about is for his dumb ass to be able to hold aggro on all the adds from Drushk and Nexxona and learn to be a better OT. Some of his cult like followers followed him out the door because they are retarded mental midgets who have no desire to move forward.

There thats the story, I am done here. I said what I needed to say. Best of luck to EO and the people who actually tried hard to make things work.
