When Bink took the scale, you had said you where quitting raiding. What would a non raider need with a Wuoshi scale. You weren't even the player that looted the scale so why would you care?

2. Personally I don't see what difference it ever made when Leethal or Myself using the account, we shared it, he filled in for me if i couldn't be online. You guys accepted my as an app solely as myself because i could dps and filled a spot, leethal then having a much much better pc, was able to do what i could do except a little better. I don't really understood why people cared when the other person dps'd, the job was still getting done, the character was still in the raid, and the dps was usually near the top of the parse.
The deal was never for you to have 2 people playing your toon. When Leethal started playing Coah, you had quit the first time, and it was supposed to be Leethal full time on Coah. Leethal then started slacking, and you decided to come back to pick up the slack. Having 2 people play your account was deceptive and not fair to people that always played their own and logged on all the time.

3. Yeah there was more to me quitting for a time then just rl reasons(althought they did play a big part.) Personally, I didn't enjoy the loot system anymore...when you hear people in vent saying how mallard is going to be so awesome when he gets this item when your right there and have almost always parsed higher then him, its not exactly the greatest motivation to keep caring while you raid. I hated people logging in later and later while living on the east coast, really, is starting a raid at 10 est allowing a person to get less then 5 hours of sleep really healthy? I chose atheltics over eq2, omg...shoot me
OK noob, most of the talk you are talking about was people saying "OMG Mallard's DPS is going to jump when he gets a Wuoshi bow." Well guess what fag, you would have gotten one too, and Mallard was just mentioned because he had Bazkul, and it would have been a much bigger jump up for him then you with your Sarnak.

4. I was looking for a guild for leethal whether you want to believe that or not, his CS team broke up and he was going to quit that thing and come back to raiding, and i'll admit i really failed to understand how many people would object to that although the same job was being done. I don't want to see my character go to waste as long as theres still someone enjoying it and playing it.
So now you're Leethal's little chore bitch, and try and court guilds for him and buy your way in with a scale? Why wouldn't you let him find a guild himself once you quit? Or was he still not playing again yet?

8 Bink- I'm truly sorry for any trouble this caused you, I was guilded with your for over a year and had several "bink alts." I don't know why you along with everyone else would think i'd go out of my way to do you harm as generally you were always one of the nicest people out there ( although you always started giving mallard illusionary arm on brippo =p ) I know you have a lot of sentimental value attached to your character(s) and the last thing i would want would be to take that away from you for any time being.
If you where really sorry, then you could have done certain things to stop this before it became an issue.

To say you quit over a "Loot" issue, when there is absolutely shit loot that Mallard has gotten, is just complete bullshit, and just shows how much of a whiny bitch you really are.

Coah, personally I figured you weren't the one that petitioned me from all the conversations we had about the whole thing. Only reason Coah is #1 is due to the sharing of your account with another that deserves the title, not you personally. I realized you felt betrayed at the time when I took the item from you since you had just recently had 100pp or so taken from an alt (which im pretty sure you found out where it went to ... /coughs). If I hadn't cared I wouldnt have contacted you at all over the whole thing the times when I did.

As I stated in our conversations, at the time it seemed with the comments you gave us when leaving the guild, you were never playing again once you left. You even commented on if we needed a ranger to log you on. The woushi scale was removed that night due to the fact. It was meant for the guild and future items that would eventually be made from it for an active guild member. Many other concerns came into play, which all seem to have played out to be true.

All in all, Coah I don't hold you responsable for what happened to me. I've raided, talked, and etc with you about over the year so I know you don't have an outlying dislike for me (at least much lol) If you felt you were treated unfairly in groups then you should have said so. Nothing is ever done unless it is communicated. Opinions need to be voiced for things to change. I still don't understand why you cator to Leethal. Wish ya the best of luck with your running and w/e.

Leethal, can't say i've ever met a person in this game that has rubbed me the way you have. I wasn't trying to be a sneaky bastard by logging him on and taking it as you claim to others. I knew right then it needed to be done because it was best for the guild to have all the items we had gained through raiding in our possession. Apparently my thoughts were correct when I figured you still had the account info and free server transfers were comming.

All I can say is, get over yourself ~ your such a high maintnence person when it comes to raiding. Every second of a raid I swear you spaming tells to people asking for hearts, shards, flows, buffs, procs, w/e the fuck there is to improve you even at the cost of others. Its seriously not efficient to burn everything on one player. I couldn't care less what you think about me, my guild, or anything for that matter. I just hope whatever guild decides to take you in enjoys a ego centric person who gets off on being at the top at any cost, and when things arent going right/your way ~ you "vanish" to involve yourself into something else (Counter Strike).

You forgot Bribing apps / other people to whore the best buffs for yourself. Sending tells to the raid leader trying to get a group built 100% around you, and when that fails sending tells to other officers annoying the hell out of everybody. Spamming for shards / hearts every 2 minutes, because you have to use them every time they are up, and not when you need them. And /quitting (oh i mean LDing) when we're clearing EH trash, or if nothing you wanted was going to drop from the next named. Logging into vent named Coah to try and make us think it was actually Coah playing himself.

I could go on and on, but whatever.

If this is the same person, I must say I'm shocked he would report that his account had been hacked and someone stole an item from it to SoE CS (the only way they would recover the item, then suspend and soulmark another player's account is based on such a claim), and then turn around and violate the EULA and ToS by selling his account on Playerauction. When CS learns about an account sale based on hard evidence like this, they usually ban the account that was sold.

But I was just curious, we are talking about the same person? It doesn't seem fair that a person should be able to get the rules enforced in his favor to get another player suspended, while at the same time committing an equal or worse violation by selling his account outside the SE system. I mean, if I was SoE CS, I'd feel used and slighted by this.
