Man, I was just talking about this last night with one of my guildmates.

One of the best improvment they could make to any game would be to allow you to smack the unholy shit out of some of the NPC's. We were on the beach in Feerott, doing that "Huptic identifying" quest for the lady out there. I get done and she cracks wise with me and tosses me attitude!! I wanted to pop her! Then I realized that if we could, I'd be beating the hell out of Nathan Ironforge too! Little kid needs a beating man.

It was pretty funny listing to people whine when some of the low level quests were removed. A lot of bitching about the "immersion" was taken away without NPC's talking to them.

I hate that.

Once, ok. Neat. After hearing the same lines over and over and over I want to kill them. Doesn't matter who it is, I hate:

"Have you ever seeeeen a gnoll before"
"...your faith will move mountains"
"Come to gaze upon me have you?"

etc....

Can't we have an option to either turn that crap off or be able to attack them so that they cower when we walk by like grey's? Hell, make the brat an epic. I promise I could get a pickup raid in no time to kill that kid.
