So I'm farming Poet's today and I see advertised in
60-69: Kaalia: Unrest group LF backup tank or raid tank.

Knowing that I was engaging a potential moron I asked in
60-69: what do you need a backup tank for and what does raid tank mean?

The response I get is
60-69: Kaalia: a second tank or decked out raid tank.

Then I asked:
60-69: what do you mean? are you saying you want any backup tank or a fabled out backup tank? and why?

After pulling teeth with a few more questions Kaalia made it publicly clear that she pulls aggro all the time and thus they needed a second tank to rescue the mobs off or something.
After a few more questions she also made it clear that she, as a wizard, is a BETTER tank than most fighters on the server.

This triggered the longest arguement I've seen yet that has lasted over an hour now.
She pointed out stats such as mit and avoidance compared to Monks, claiming that having 20% less avoidance and 10% less mit isn't much and that tanking is all about holding aggro.
To cut to the chase, this is the worst wizard and the biggest fucking r-tard in the game because she does shitty dps but manages to pull aggro all the time and thinks that because shamans can ward her and keep her alive, anyone can tank regardless of gear and that tanking is only about holding aggro.

At this point if this section on the these forums did not exist I'd probably bribe a GM to find out where this individual lives to cleanse the earth of such a blatant moron.

Kaalia do us a favor and delete your character, get in your car and drive off the nearest cliff...thanks.

I'm not defending her position on how well SHE tanks, but I think it was very retarded to enter into the debate with her in the first place.

Her request was simple. She wanted either 2 tanks, or one tank who was well geared and accustomed to holding great aggro. Apparently to her, 2 half asses = one good tank.

This is a reasonable way to pull together an Unrest group. She doesnt WANT to play gimp and hold back her dps. She either wants one great aggro holder, or a 2ndary tank to be able to pick up the first one's slack.

Pick up Unrest groups are hardly ever ideal. She was trying to minimize her risk and maximize her enjoyment. Besides, it's her group, let her run it how she wants.
