I had a character named Sloppy and made his last name Seconds. They never contacted me they just took away my ability to create a last name or a petname.

It is kind of lame for them to seem to put more effort into Policing names than they do in stopping Platsellers but jebus what was the petname that caused them to feel they need to go right to suspending your account?

Was this the only instance where you abused the naming policy?

I'm guessing not if they went to this extreme.

Dude, youre kidding, right??? He has his persona up, you can see thats HIS NAME. Thats obviously the GM renaming his pet to be named after himself, and NOT the name he was suspended for.

As for the OP, how can you expect to bitch about something like that, and not even give all the info. Like many have said.... whats the pet name you were using. I'm sure I could think of plenty of names you could use that are offensive enough that you would deserve a ban. Like gungo had said... if it were racial slurs or hate speech, would you blame a GM for suspending someone. Unless you tell us the name, I'm sure most will just assume it was really bad, and that the GM was more than likely justified on suspending you.
