I've never been banned, but then I've never been that naughty. I was just asked a while back to tone down my special sort of posting style. 
Banned for negativity? I dunno bout that. There are an awful lot of negative posters on the forums. I think the difference would be how you say it, not what you say. I mean..if you are tossing insults, foul language, and the such in with your opinion, thats probably crossing the line. I save that sort of opinion sharing for here and with my in game pals.
I think they MIGHT even have forum rules posted somewhere. Or so I've heard. Could be a rumor. |

Stabbymeds account was banned for two weeks for disagreeing a mod or something like that, within 10 mins of getting back I explaind what said mod was doing to the board - making IMPOSSIBLE to have any fun - and got a lifetime ban off the back of that.
My 2nd account is presently enjoying a two week ban for mentioning the Gay Love Parade. Apparenly mentioning a celebration of homosexuality is anti-gay. Not QUITE sure how that works but there ya go...
