I may have misread this post at first (easy to do with the way you "write") Initially it looked he said his dad died, left, then had someone bring him masters on another server. It looks like you're saying he had someone bring him masters before he said his father passed away.
There could be a reason he transfered his toon off Oasis. Maybe he was giving it to a friend or selling it? That would be none of your business in any case. You probably should have waited till you saw him app to a guild before you said anything.
Are you insinuating feeling guilt over someone bringing you masters is a good reason not to quit if your father dies? Some clarification maybe? Has he apped to another guild? So far, I don't think that just transfering his toon is an indication he was lieing. He could have a reason.

He moved over to oasis about a month ago... I had him look at master's for me; however, Befallen or w/e server he was on had no masters... So i have no idea what the heck he is talking about with the master's...
Whatever double up, decietful blow, despairing thrust, shrouded blade, dispatch. You needed all those haha.

I bought Shroude Blade for 25pp on Oasis, I bought Double up for 15pp on Oasis, I bought Despairing Thrust for 20pp from oasis and still need dispatch... So claiming that you brought me master's and i still owe you money is just a reason to bitch about something else.
