This isn't personal, and is not related to the dispute from December. But several people have been suspended on this site recently based on strict application of this same rule, which is only intended to curb problems cause by anonymous posters:

Ok, what is this all about? The system sends me email messages when someone attempts to register a new account from the same physical computer previously used to register an account:

I don't want to be an asshole, but I need to either enforce this or not.
Please come up with an explanation that meets with the intent of our Site Rules, or I'll have no choice but to merge your accounts and suspend you for 3 days.
