How do you Co - MT something?

Oh about this not-so-little friends and famliy guild, we are killing named in EH at this point and have a 6 day a week raid schedule, we just choose to retain the friends and family guild values and feel as well as raid. We do well enough so don't automatically assume that a friends and family guild is full of people who don't know what they are doing.

And to answer the question as to what a co-MT is.

We use 2 Tanks both capable at tanking as MT. They switch off on tanking zones and share the MT upgrade benfit. Just makes it easier when one of them can't make it on a particular day. We don't like burning out our tanks with as heavy a raid schedule as we hold.
