Theory1: In Ireland, "feck" is used in placement of fuck a lot, so clearly the OP is some drunk Irish guy.

Theory2: "Fek" essentially means shit in Esperanto, "the most widely spoken constructed international auxiliary language."

Theory3: Well, when I punched in "fek" on Wikipedia, I got a lot of results involving Klingons so... yeah.

Hmmm, interesting theory. Well, he also keeps telling people to suck his "cuck". I did a google lookup on the term "cuck", and apparently it is a slang term for "cuckolded", meaning a "submissive husband". That would be a man who wears a skirt instead of pants basically, and acts as the housewife in a marriage.
