1. Nope, never did. My computer couldn't handle Vent when I played EQ1. As it was, it could barely handle EQ1. I left EQ1 for years after getting frustrated with some of the game mechanics. When EQ2 came out, upgraded some ram so I could play at least on the barest settings. I didn't get Vent on my PC until nearly two years after I started playing EQ2. I don't know where you get your info from, but it's wrong.
