Ok, so I'm like the biggest fucking retard I know, but jesus christ man...you, Estoo-wtfever, are making me feel very very good about myself right now. The day I first bought this game, as I was admiring the package when right next to it I noticed an EQ2 players guide, so I was like FUCK YEAH, EASY MODE!!! I must have read that and the little game manual 10 times cover to cover before I even made my first charecter....why??? Because I don't like to fucking suck!!! Every fucking level I ever got on any of my first charecters, I was on the broker or on the net looking at what the next upgrade was for me, I was constantly inspecting people and comparing myself to them....

Fuck me, seriously... my fucking jaw is still on the ground. How could you not be standing around in town, or even inspect someone running around a zone and ask "Wow man, your ____ is so cool, where can I get one!" How the fuck could you see shit on the broker, that you say you use, and never once fucking mouse over a god damn piece of equipment or a fucking spell and think "HOLY SHIT THIS WILL MAKE ME BETTER!!"

I played this game for around 2 years before I ever started raiding... and you know, I have learned SOO much more about the game in the 1 1/2 years after... I still remember the first raid I ever went too, it was Labs...during KoS. I showed up for my first raid ever and all of my gear was Master Crafted or better, all of my spells were Ad3 or mastered... why, because my guild told me I had to have this shit in order to raid??? NOPE! Because I took the time to learn my class, my role, and a little bit about the game and realized that better shit helps me perform a little bit better.

I started to feel bad for you after your first post, I really did...but now that I took a little time to think about it, I hope you never reproduce and make more little retarded Estoo-wtfevers, both for their sakes and the rest of the worlds.

Grow the fuck up and don't expect anyone to help you if you can't help your fucking self.

And yea, the reason I guess I felt like posting my thing- is that I'm not an uber player. I consider myself a noob, eq2 was the first mmo I played, it took me a while to grasp concepts because I couldn't believe these animated characters in the game were real people somewhere.

I remember asking my friend, is this a real person? Is this a fake one(NPC)? Took me ages to figure out the diff between players and NPCs because it was a crazy new concept to me.

But I got that, and I was like gnome, constantly trying to improve myself, buying upgrades, looking up things everywhere.

And yea. Like I said, I usually don't flame because I'm usually no better and don't claim to be- but eq2 was my first mmo, it takes me a while to learn things, and i STILL don't know a lot of stuff...... so when i encounter someone in game WORSE than me.... they are BAD, and I just had to speak up that it should not be accepted.

And maybe you can argue forums don't equal common knowledge. What about the tutorial? You cannot argue that something IN game isn't supposed to be common knowledge. And the guy reading his own spells to know what they are and do. You don't think spell descriptions in game for your class shouldn't be common knowledge? Give me a break.

If this guy only took the initial criticism with a grain of salt, then he would have been worth defending, but even children at school ask their teachers what's going on for the feild trip......for going on a first raid, would think you would have the common sense to ask, "hey this is my first time, what should I bring or what do I need....."

Think your playing stupid and doing a bad job trying to cover up why you don't know how to play your toon or the basics of the game, even with "6 months" of playing.

Actually I poked about in my logs, cause I swear I've seen your name running around a long time ago in a bot orgy bangin the gobbies in DoF, but unfortunenately I do not have any logs that far back.

I did find logs of you talking in chat, and how you cleary show that you know how to talk in channels for information, even though it was odd you were buggin on how Berik, Sword of Thunder dropped and talked about quest sharing....since your coercer had the quest....and had a mild argument how just cause its a sword does not mean non sword weilding classes cannot do the quest.

So you can't be THAT stupid if you have those concepts already down. Then you mentioned about looking on broker for one, how come its more important to pick up an obsolete item for an obsolete quest instead of buying better gear more suited to your level?

Oh and while I was still on nek server, I did find you farming catacombs, so you do understand the concepts of hitting up mobs for money.....all in all, just a lot of excuses trying to cover up a subpar character to hopefully squeak by for better loot.

The part I don't understand with what a few of you are saying is "you remember what it was like when you were new, etc".. Yea... i do. But you're going to tell me that he NEVER inspected another mage class in general, to maybe get an idea that his gear was extremely subpar? I can go with 'maybe he never read official forums/had channels turned off/solo'd his way'. But not once did he look on the broker and search? Or maybe.. I dunno.. read what the spell descriptions on his spells SAID?



for anyone who doesn't play a necromancer - THAT is the dumbfire dog pet icon. now, i play a necromancer, so maybe this is unfair for me to judge... but.. i'm not confusing that. unless of course they gave us necros SoW!!! sweet. i was just trying to give myself faster run speed while we fought Gnorbyl!

It is honest to god common sense. And i find it hard to believe that someone who is "so clueless" gets excited to go to a raid. Pretending he was oblivious to all eof instances for the legendary set, or... SoS trash killing for some scaleborn stuff.. He knows about raids. I don't buy it. I think that he just does not pay attention, and does not care. He blamed his GUILD for not giving him better items, spells, etc.

Plus, with Arcanas's logs.. yeah.

And Ulric is a dick, and he knows it (sometimes! /snugs.) But you'll be damned sure that after reading this.. estoo is thinking twice about his gear/spells etc.

OH and Cuz - there is another way of leveling.
/buy plat
/buy collections
/buy plvling (i don't know if they give you whatever they make or what, but maybe?)

that's the only way i can fathom not getting ridiculously crappy trash loot.

btw if you look his lvl history up in eq2players - you can see he went to loping plains/tt/hof/bonemire (GUESSING all kos islands but can't be sure.) it's seriously almost IMPOSSIBLE to not get some sort of upgrade at the time.

and i'm spent. lol.

Its really wierd but when I was in NRA many moons ago the regulars from NRA thought this same way about underparsing noobs and underacheiving healers that when were told of this got all offended like whatever the fuck his name is but those noobs are now leading so hrm makes you wonder...Noobs are noobs and when running an alliance thats what you have to deal with sometimes

But time and again a you make a snide remark directed at the guild I've stayed with and am loyal to and the raid alliance that we decided was worth our time to keep alive. Why bash on your roots.. WTF did we do to you?
