If I may add, a horrible excuse. Ever since my time in Legacy, when they spread those lies about me, I've had a tough time doing ANYTHING in game.

Legate you and I have a love hate thing going on... But WE NEVER spread what wasn't true in that situation at Legacy. And it wasn't just that, that made people not like you or respect you. It is how you talked and handled that situation and yourself on daily basis. You knew what would happen publicly when you left Legacy.

Your right. I conducted myself horribly, when Avek ran out in the middle of DT raids or when you decided to take a screaming fit and leave when people made jokes about you.

Semantics aside, what happened shouldn't have happened. I sent a letter to Avek hours before I even left. Which he failed to mention.
So, if I conducted myself poorly because they tried to blacklist me, leaving out certain important facts like I left to go back to school, to get back on track in life because I had almost been expelled.(Which I ended up being not more than a week after I left) Had I had the time to dedicate to the guild, sure, I woulda stuck around. I dont think I missed a raid in the 1.5 weeks I was there,(which isn't much, but it showed I had a weekly schedual that could fit your raiding one)
EDIT: If I may add one quick excuse, maybe it'll stop the bitching about me leaving, was that it was not me paying for my account at the time I left, my parents were. What would Avek had prefered? Me leaving the guild or not logging on for several months with no word because my account had been canceled?
Even if I had left out of my own greed, people leave guilds. Like they leave jobs. If you don't enjoy the job you quit. If you don't like people around you while you work, you quit. If you don't think that job is going where you want to go, what do you do? You quit, and find a new one.

Trust me hun, there was no love in that hate thing when we were in Legacy, it was simply just hate, at the time.

I am impressed with your heartfelt admission of your own faults. Let me assure you that we stood firm in my convictions to address the problem at hand. We took immediate action and despite what some of the other posters tried to imply, you will find that the Uprising Council is not slow to act. If you have “had a revelation” then awesome for you. I will consider this problem closed and moving forward we can all continue to enjoy our gaming experience. If you or anyone else has and further issue with the current person of topic please contact an Uprising Officer. In fairness to the accuser and accused pleases grab the details out of your log or a screen shot of the incident so that we may validate any claims and act accordingly.

I keep seeing this 'just /ignore him' excuse. Why should anyone use ignore? only complete pussies use ignore. If Slappa can't take what he dishes out hes got the problem, not legate and not anyone else on Kithicor. /Ignore isn't a solution to the problem.

If your guild as a whole can't stand him being shit on in public for what he does, control him in private.

Ya hi. First, their are rules against Necroposting, so if the old flame on slappa was 6months old, as you said, Legate made the right choice to just start a new one.
Second, Why does does Legate need to provide "new issues to the front" when the old ones have obviously not been resolved? By creating a new flame he simply illustrates that this moron is still pulling the same shit with no remorse.

I wasn't going to post in this relatively lame thread of whiney server drama (could there at least have been someone kicked from a guild or fictious supermodel girlfriend tossed in?), but who says it's over? It ain't over till WE say it's over! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?!? Hell no!

Plus, I think this thread has a little merit to show that Kithicor may have the highest population of puffed-up smidgins of blowfish shit on any server. Judging just by the people who've come out both for and against OP, I think we need a button to vote on how much chlorine to toss in the Kithicor gene pool.
