The problem is any advertisement that has animation or sound will generally prompt for ActiveX. So ActiveX does not necessarily indicate a virus. However, most viruses use ActiveX so by denying you lose out on animation but also any type of possible problem.

That said. Our current advertising company shouldn't be a problem, ActiveX or not.

Last thing.. http://80.93.59.108/iopuREMOVEDewko/qt.php is definitely a virus. I have searched through every php and html on the site in search of a reference to that site and I have found nothing. If you can track down where that was linked from that would help.

Anyone having symptoms (ie. multiple spam windows upon browsing the site) drop me a PM.

Had no problems here since LFG started the ads, then again I run with FireFox 2.0 + AdBlock Pro + NoScript so I don't see ads or run any advertisement code (ActiveX etc) on this site. IE is the devil.

Visit here several times a day, will check through all my scanners, but they'll most likely return with the same results they always do. Nil or almost nil.
