The problem is any advertisement that has animation or sound will generally prompt for ActiveX. So ActiveX does not necessarily indicate a virus. However, most viruses use ActiveX so by denying you lose out on animation but also any type of possible problem.
That said. Our current advertising company shouldn't be a problem, ActiveX or not.

http://80.93.59.108/iopuREMOVEDewko/qt.php is definitely a virus. I have searched through every php and html on the site in search of a reference to that site and I have found nothing. If you can track down where that was linked from that would help.
