Yeah, that is what I meant about multiple classes complimenting buffs. I realize you can have multiples but not from 1 single player granting them.

    edit:

Plus, the bard 51 ability in itself I view as a spike DPS buff for warriors/rogues. An oh shit save for clerics/mages if they botton out (dps plum-its) and/or a if a regular cycling of it allows them to not have to hit mana gaining abilities instead of DPS buttons.

So it seems the concensus is yes... raid with a bard for sure.

Can anyone confirm that 13% cast cost reduction vs chloro 10% benefits warriors at all? It was my understanding that anything below 40 ap doesn't see a benefit from rounding i.e. 30 point abilities are 27 ap with either buff, it's only 40 point abilities that you see a difference. I believe warrior abilities are all under 40 points.

Anyone? I can't believe I'd read and see that the 13% benefits warriors over ... and over... and over... and over again without someone at least checking it.

Unless I'm missing something, if it affects Rogue's sub 40 energy abilities, it should affect Warrior's sub 40 as well right? I ran 3 2 minute (in retrospect, probably not long enough) dummy parses to see the differences. Specs were the same and no buffs were up except Fervor and some +damage procs.

I used Primal Strike (30 energy) to test

    No Fervor:
    79 hits

    13% Fervor:
    94 hits

    10% Fervor:
    89 hits

Obviously, 1 test does not an argument make, but it appears that it does affect sub 40 abilities.
Slightly retarded some of the time. Completely the rest.

OK, I just double checked. You're right, fervor is a lot better then I thought.

Not only that, but it looks like the 3% rounds up instead of down. By that I mean that 20 point abilities become 17 instead of 18, so it benefits warriors by a ton.

Ran a raid today as a battle bard (or Bard-BD) and looking at the numbers and with fervor, yea it's worthwhle bringing one to a raid. It's pretty good hps and dps (hps on aoe healing encounters that is).

Here's my numbers from warmaster (0 heals on boss) and a dark foci, on the dark foci I was top hps. I'm posting myself and a chloro for comparison and only did 2 encounters to test.

I was waivering on 51 vs 36 bard-BD-Assn and think, yes it's worth bringing a battle bard to raids.

I also had no idea you can use fanfare of knowledge and fanfare of power on the entire raid. I was doing a pug raid, and they'd put their casters in one group and melee in another. Run to one, cast the buff you want, then run to the other and cast the other fanfare. You can give either to the entire raid by making sure the people who got the first fanfare are out of range for the 2nd.

They really should make those buffs stack so I don't have to run around the raids to buff : /
