Is Double Cross worth the points?

Just retested it. Points are better spent in ambidextrous. Higher cadence amount (so higher healing > a bigger dot) and when I checked again, it must have been rng. I didn't see anywhere near the same boost in puncture.

You can give either to the entire raid by making sure the people who got the first fanfare are out of range for the 2nd.

How did yall not know this? What server are u guys on?

Edit* Also i started a rogue, dont know how the dude in my raid plays bard, wow that shit is boring. Even worse than healing. i guess being so OP in warfronts makes up for it.

I value Dex over everything. I mean..look at T3 gear. It's very high on Dex (for rogues) and Trion is putting in on all end gear. (must be a reason).

    But still, testing is helpful.

I'm on Spitescar, I honestly just found out about using both fanfares.

Another trick I found. Add startattack to motifs and you'll autoattack while refreshing motifs.

    #show motif of tenactiy
    cast motif of tenacity
    startattack

It will enable autoattacks while you're refreshing motifs and add ~140 dps while refreshing them, which is over 20 dps total. More in raids.

Tbh... maybe only do this if you're full time bard. I know myself I'm short on macros these days and it will take a full 5 to do, 10 if you have a ranged and melee bard spec.

Anyone ever tried increased fire power from MM with bard too? The extra ap might boost cadence quite a bit. I thought about trying it... but I always melee as a bard so never bothered.

    im wondering about GP

do you actually run BOTH full bard and full archon in GP? or you leave out one of em or use a half-ass spec? like 3x bard /3x dps or 2x chloro / 30x archon or something?

Depends on the fight. Archon is required imo, in some we run with a battle bard, in others we don't run with a bard. On that simon says guy bard isn't very effective because you don't have a lot of time to aim at the boss and plant... if you can't cadence, I don't see a point in bringing a bard.

With that being said if I keep pulling aggro I'll switch to battle bard, depends on the tank.
