Let me expose something fun... I 2 boxed in fizzleblood for 14 months. The last 6 i 3 boxed in all raids. It got extremely hard as we progressed incontent and instead of exposing it, i just started slacking hard on my fury to make her seem like a slacker and eventually we could have her booted so i could focus on one toon. =) You are right meta, she never excisted, i was roleplaying the entire time and trust me did i have a lot of fun with that. Now, since i was 3 boxing 95% of all raids, and still managed to be on top 3 on the parser with my bruiser and no one knew i was boxing, i did a pretty damn good job. hehe. The main problem however, was that people didnt know what bruisers brought to the table and did therefor not understand the playstyle.
Phrozen, i find it interesting that you have so many things to add to the rebellion progression. First of all, if our guild had been 2 years old with experienced raiders, im sure we would of been killing avatars by now. However, we filled our ranks with people that had just turned lvl 70, people that had never raided before, people that had some experience with raiding and some that were really experienced. So to spend 4 weeks gearing everyone up to a minimum standard, talking them all through their gamestyle to make them perform optimal is a long and hard job, however, we are patient people, we allow people to develope and grow into the kind of people required to win. I am 100% sure, if you ask our members about it, they will tell you straight up, that they have all gone through an incredible learning curve since starting out with us.
Phrozen, now consider yourself, you leave fable, you goto a new server where you know no one, the only thing you have is your experience in game and your urge to raid. You recruit everyone that is not already in some established guild, you train them, you weed out the people that you cant use and keep on working, you go through all of kos to get them out of their mastercrafted gear, you move them through claymore quests, through sod quests and other important things mostly everyone established takes for granted. You then move them into eof, where parsing high is not the only important thing, you need to actually make every single person understand the strats and the game mechanics so that they instantly do what is required of them when it is required. Then you add the time up and find that you did all that in 4 weeks, you cleared 50% of the instanced content and on the first pull on mayong you ever had, you got him down to 85%.
That is what we in Rebellion are going through, we train and educate our members to become as good as anyone else, and with the urge our members have to eventually become top end, there is no limmit as to far we can reach.
We have great respect for the other guilds on our server, we have a lot of steps to go before we can even compare ourselves to them, but we are not giving up and its noticed...
Animalz was a roleplaying figure, and i did it to the max. I am not afraid to say that i disagree with people, even tho they are setup as leaders int he guild im in, and guess what, thats how it should be. In rebellion our members all speak freely, and thats how it should be. META, you never allowed that, you were a nazi threatening to kick anyone objecting with you and you wanted a guild of pussies, im sorry that i didnt crawl for you, but you know what, you were not even close to deserve being crawled for, you had no people skills. Leading others, means you need to understand others and thats where your problem was and thats why you tired out and left the guild when you were needed the most.
I NEVER would of let my guildmates hang and just leave them cause the guild was in a hard stage, im rebellion for life, and i will be the last man standing in this guild. It makes me smirk when i see comments from all you people out there, without any idea how fantastic things are in our guild, the daily progression i see in all my members and how eager they all are to achieve...
Meta, if you are having a problem with me and you spend that much energy thinking about it, then it think you are wasting a lot of energy on time, you should get over it, i feel sorry for you, and i really hope that you can get your mental illness under control some day and be able to enjoy life like the rest of us normal people.
Epi - get back to us when you actually achieve something, and taking a dump each morning is not achieving ok, and thats basicly all you got to brag about these days.
PS: Who made the strat on prince thirneg in EH the first time and got the bruiser weapon to prove it? And who was the little crybabies that said... "no no no, that wont work..." LOL! Check the web, that strat is now written all over the internet and is used as the default strat on that mob. Clueless? yeah sure, i had objections to your endless zerging strats that said, dps dps dps, that was your only strat, if it couldnt be beat by dps you couldnt do it. Thats why your guild didnt make it and thats the difference of Rebellion and other guilds, we realy on heavy strats and training rather than zerging.
