as someone said in another thread, tier 1 and 2 shouldnt even be on the list, because they are way too easy. imo

the list, as with other forums, was never supposed to be about who's killed what that is hard...

but yes, most heroic instances seem harder than the tier 1 raids.

You have to remember the thread is for all guilds, hardcore to very casual raiders. I think it's cool if there are some easy raids for family guilds to cut their teeth on and feel they are making progress.

Yeh, tier 1/2 raids are about the same difficult as Lyceum was (after a few fixes to it) and probably will be a challenge only for the guilds which weren't able to clear MMiS or were clearing it, but not farming.
