Don't portray it as a priviledge to kill contested mobs before everybody on Najena wakes up just because 1) Defiant moved to a weak US server because they couldnt beat Xanadu 2) Salgor got kicked out of Xanadu and now went to a worse guild.

So, tell me... Was the guild name "Defiant" already taken on Najena, or did that name not fit anymore to people running away from the competition?

You are pretty wrong. Old defiant died when AoC was released, I don't even understand why some people stayed there.
And Najena is not a weak server in terms of competition. There's actually 10x times more competition than on RE or SP or most other servers. Get a clue.

10x more competition? Doubtful, only thing that makes it hard for guilds to try lockdown stuff is the time zones... Aussie guilds, EU guilds then US guilds.... 4-6 hour windows for each to take down contested during the week.

Competition = who can get to the mob first to kill it. Say all you want but there are only a few servers with several guilds killing contesteds or pulling contesteds. If you don't beleive me go ask ex SD members about competition.

PS 2Obs: It's SoE's fault that most server are so underpopulated
