i really did try, but i guess it wasn't in the cards for me. too much stuff going on IRL at the time. what makes it hurt even more is that my shot at the top was probably also my last shot at going anywhere significant with the character that best defines me and that i enjoy playing the most.

It was a tough decision. We needed a mystic more than an SK though. There is nothing that the SK does that a zerker doesn't do better. In a typical off tank group(melee friendly), their DPS will own ours and I didn't like gearing like a mage to compete on the parse. Plus, more than 2 fighters is overkill in most raid encounters.

But who knows, maybe RoK will bring SK's some loving. I salute the rest of the SK's who are sticking with it.

I'd quit the game fore I played another main for raiding. Just love the SK playstyle so much. Course i've been lucky and been in 2 guilds in my raiding life. Both good.

Aye, only been in two raid guilds with my SK the entire time I've been playing this game (since launch. Want to touch me?). The one I'm in now can do most of KoS, but about 2% of EoF. Doubt I'll reach the rest of EoF before Rise of Kunark comes out, but I'll try... because I have no where else to go.

And yes... you don't know how lucky you guys are.

Meh you never know who will quit one week or what guild will have the need next, id keep my eye out, ive been pretty lucky as far as guilds go was in WoN on nek (great euro raid guild) for last 5 months or so as i wasnt going to college but then i found out i was headed back to finish my dagree this september and almost the exact same time voracity was recruiting and decided to head over there. Aswell as with RoK coming out it may change the bar for the higher end raiding guilds (guild like disso i doubt it will effect) but you never know.
