And it doesnt even have a chance to prevent an attacker from changing targets in pvp so its twice as horrible

I would love to see this on attack, but with much larger numbers. It blows my mind, as tanks we try to avoid as much damage as possible, and than one of our main hate builders is a buff that builds more hate when we are hit. Gay.

Zerkers and Guardians both have a damage/threat shield upon hit as well... I'm unsure on the exact % chance of it procing or the numbers involved but it makes up a significant portion of their hate. In fact the only plate tank that doesn't have a taunt/damage proc when hit are paladins.

Long story short tho its an excuse to go in offensive stance and using a 2hander :P
