I think I am going bert or tribunal for miracles and blessings, but I am having a hard time deciding on what cloak to wear.

Bert = Can sometimes prevent the untimely death of the wearer
Not sure how often this occurs
Tribunal = On a successful attack/hostile spell this spell has a chance to cast Gavel of Justice on target of spell. Lasts for 5.0 seconds. The effect will trigger an average of 1.8 times per minute.
+Stuns target
+Does not affect Epic targets
Brell = On a successful attack/hostile spell this spell has a 5% chance to cast Constitution of Stone on caster.
+Heals caster for 350
Rallos = On successful attack this spell has a chance to cast Bladed Fury on target of attack. Lasts for 6.0 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 1.8 times per minute. If a melee attack is used, only the primary weapon can trigger this effect.
+Increases DPS of caster by 14
+Inflicts 264 slashing damage on target
+Inflicts 85 slashing damage on target every 3 seconds
Inny = On a successful spell attack this spell has a chance to cast Mindtap on target of spell. This effect will trigger an average of 1.8 times per minute.
+Decreases power of target by 65
+Increases power of caster by 50
Sol Ro = Increases spell damage by 65

Personally i wouldnt worry about the god cloaks so much, things like the cloak of unrest are significantly superior, go for the miracles.

If you really REALLY wanted a god cloak, the tribunal one looks like it could be really good but i dont have any experiance with it...

RZ one is very nice for the ol dps, especially now that weapons are playing a bigger part in our damage.

Innys was what i wore for a while, proc went off a lot and i definately noticed when it was gone..

I guess it really depends on what your after.. But cloak of unrest is amazing!

If you are trying to decide which Deity to pick over the cloak, you are wasting your time. No one wears the cloaks.

Even if you are not in an RoK raiding guild, the cloaks from the single group instances are prolly better. Or go back and get the Cloak of Flames.

Im not choosing the god over what cloak they have. I am going with berty for miracles and blessings but I want to know what cloak to use, since imo the bert cloak sux. I realize there are other cloacks out there, but at this time this is the easiest one for me to obtain. So out of the god cloaks what would be the best to use.

Deity Cloaks suck, Although Rallos is probably your best bet if you HAVE to wear a deity cloak. Mistmoore is still very good..... and I use one called Cape of the Bloodletter

I use the Tribunal cloak everytime solo and group. That stun lasts 5 seconds and goes off pretty often, very very handy cloak.
