Wiki states you have to go into MMC and grab a lab note from the middle room after go go underwater to get the mythical quest ...made it there and no note...do you have to clear the room to see the note or anything?

It was pretty easy to find for me - the room was clear tho since the ranger that was scouting ahead aggroed everything.

Followed the wiki and the writeup here for info as Id never been in those rooms before.

its in same table where should be one of the SoD pages in quest "into the heart of mistmoore"

in assumption you got the mythical quest from npc after you collected ur fabled
