Single target for DPS is:
Since you only have 50 points spend them like so for max single-target DPS:
STR 4-5-8
STA 4-4-8
INT 4-4-8
Over in the SK tree spend enough points to max out your proc buff, max points into Doom Aura, Tap Veins, Despoil, and Drain Vitae. The rest of the points don't matter for DPS really.
If you want AE DPS, do the same in the SK Tree as above, change the Crusader Tree to:
AGI 4-4-8
STA 4-5-8
INT 4-4-8
And there you go.
