Im not a raid SK. I dont want to be a raid SK. But im looking at a lot of these threads and i like that way u hve the AA's set up, particularly Lopaan's. What im looking for is a set up that allows me to tank real well and still crank out the DPS when im not MT. It might have been in all the posts somewhere but im not seeing it or it wasnt pointed out. either way ive been playing SK for about 2 years and have yet to find a spec i think works well. if u could help that would be awsome. also a thank you cuz these posts kinda made me relize i shouldnt be to worried about me Agi. avoidence sucks with all SK's not just me. makes me feel good *sniffle. ANyways thatnx for any advise

To be honest your pretty much fucked. You can either tank or you can dps. A surefire way to crank out some dps though is to pull multiple mobs. You avoidance doesn't need to be shitacular either. My advice just play your character to tank, don't worry about uber dps. Tanks that can tank are much more appreciated then tanks that dps.

Meh idk about that, if your gonna instance crawl you should be able to go dps spec and not worry about dying.

well after posting i kinda came up with a solution. ill ask guild what they r looking for. they have quite a few tanks. majority being Guardians(damn gurds). i also have a tendency to find my self as tank for caster groups in raids. prolly just end up trying DPS spec. just worried i was gonna do that and be a shitty tank for Instances and what not. like i said im not to concerned about tanking but concerend enough i wont be able to do the job if i need too. thanx for your advice. oh one more thing off the topic. lopaan at the end of ur walkthrough for the epic u left that step about getting the mythical. does that mean i get my epic then go and do that? or is that step added somewhere in the quest? and i thought there was only one mythical drop per server...correct me if im wrong. thanx again

Spec the following in crusader line:
STR - 4 4 6 8 2
STA - 4 4 8
WIS - 4 4 8
INT - 4 4 6

EoF line is self explainatory.

You can tank all heroic content in dps gear. So if you dont raid, go dps. It will help your aggro tremendously as well.

You can forget about the mythical update if you don't raid. I don't even have mine yet.

i do raid but im not in a raid guild so i will have to see about getting it. lol if i do then i guess ill be MT and have to spec for tanking lol. thanx for all the help

Battle Leadership (WIS) is really worth it when it means losing Divine Aura?

I mean I guess it lets you tank in defensive with less penalty...but if you are not raiding or raiding much some fights especially in RE2 I would have problems surviving w/o stoneskin.

Not IMO.
Skip wis and either put it in AGI for ae auto attack (for the few multi mob encounters) or go for end line STA, the extra HPs and divine aura do have their uses. Also bump int back to 4/4/8

Doh - I typed my INT and WIS backwards So swap those and reverse them. Sorry - boss prolly walked in or something.

I havent thought about the full STA line in a long time honestly... shit not since back in KoS when the absorb didnt calculate mit. I've been hanging around in the mage group so long, where I think the 24 group skills mod is better. But from a pure tanking standpoint, the STA line would be better as he said.
