I still have not decided if the decay line is worth having...but forgetting about that part when ppl spec for Pools of Blood how do they spec?

Maxing the 3 debuffs (disease damg, wis, and str/sta) seems like a given. Is the Mist cast time reduction worth "wasting" 3 pts in FD (FD is something I would rarely use in this spec). Siphon Armament seems very situational, but maybe good when you have the odd Brawler as a dps.

Maxing the WIS debuff is a waste of time. Maxing the Mist RECAST reduction is very useful in comparison to everything else in the tree. Siphon is only useful in a raid situation where you have too many tanks.

Pools of blood is definately worth having - specially when you can get all three end abilities in the EoF trees. However, not until you get reaver and siphon hate lines.

The wis debuff is a waste.

Siphon Armament is not that bad actually - better for my role than a lot of the other bullshit in the line. I OT and usually toss it on a brawler. Its good for like another ~550 ish mit (i forget - at work).

Mist, Doom Rays and the Dis Debuff (your ae taunt) you will want. I forget what else is in decay tree...

I also took like 3 or so levels in FD to get to Siphon Armament... believe it or not FD comes in handy at times - like the twins in korsha.

I use the wisdom debuff increaser it's pretty good gives more dps since you're lowering your enemies wisdom even furthur. On top of that our 2kish disease debuff taunt as well. Less resists on the mob = more spells landing = higher spell damage = higher dps.

My decay line looks like this:

Blood: 1
Decree: 5
Agony: 5
Strength: 5
Doom Rays: 5

Once you have 140 AAs, you can get almost everything in the SK tree.

For the Decay line I currently have
Chastisement : 5 (More debuffs are good)
Mortal Embrace: 4
Doom Rays : 5 (Must have)
Devouring Mist: 5
Siphon Armament: 5 (Not great, but can be useful for those occasions you have another fighter to steal the miti from. You can also use it on Shaman dogs)
Pools of Blood : 1 (Definitely worth having)

The wisdom debuff is meh, useful for solo mayhap but meh.

I've had full points in agony for leveling up, but when it comes time to start grouping/raiding, it is pretty much worthless since there are so many others out there who debuff wisdom. Alot frequently I've been getting the "will not take affect" message, which i believe is caused by this. So I'll be spec'n out of that and finding something else to spend my points on.
