did you OT all 4 of gynoks adds with inq warden as your healers? cos they surely deal out more dmg that thats capable?

Can you guys stop posting ridiculous group set-up on easy ass Palace trash parses. Other people are posting about these parses on the official site trying to get SKs nerfed...they see SK parsing that high and they are not taking into account it is trash, the amount of dps gear you are wearing, and the fact you are getting a completely stacked group for it.

Unless of course you would like to see this go away.

A lot of that 15k is a high raidwide, but look at the parse.

Proc, Proc, Proc, Proc (and SK spell, first one), Proc, Proc, Shadow Coil (first actual spell), Proc, Proc, Proc, etc

SKs are just taking advantage of all of this shit being spell crit based. The reason other fighters (besides paladins) can't parse 15k with the same gear is they don't have high spell crit. If they did, things would be a lot closer.

I didnt have a ridiculous group when I showed my parse. That was a basic OT group setup and whats wrong with seeings what other sks can do, just to see where you stand. They are not going to nerf sks just cause of one/few sks doing something most can't.

Well, the general trend I'm seeing from many other classes both on this site and the main boards is to call SKs OP since the revamp. Proponents of this idea are specifically linking and referring to this thread to support their position.

I have tried to point out that you guys are in raids doing sick overall dps. Udie you noted your RW #s and Curuw it's pretty clear what guild you are in based on the kill list you posted and I know you guys put out sick dps.

I'm almost afraid to ask this. Where were you guys falling in the list of overall dps. In other words, were you top of the parse? 4th? 10th? 24th? (clearly not that) Maybe I don't want to know if in fact you were at the top. :P I think I'd pretty much lose my argument on the main boards at that point.

Stacked group, with a raid doing 200k dps, and on palace trash is not "nuts". It is very good, and great to see others pushing those kinds of numbers out...but not at the expense of people constantly using this thread to say SKs are OP'd and calling for nerfs to the class.

Yes we know why we can parse that, unlike other tanks we have always been forced to spec for spell crits as well. In the past this was always a pain in the ass because we have always had to worry about more stats. Now, it is finally catching up to the point where we can spec for all of them and the classes that have had it easy with only worrying about melee or only worrying about spell damage are jealous because we have been able to finally build ourselves up to maximize the "hybrid" part of us.

I have to agree with duele on this one, I'd rather not see a nerf, but I do like seeing what I personally can push dps wise

random sk's like yourself will never hit #'s that elite SK's such as Udie and Cody can do, its not the gear and its not the buffs or the group set-ups.

They just know how to play the class extremely well and they have been doing it for years.

There is no reason to worry about being nerfed.
