not 100% sure but i think russian localisation of act has a bug there and counts only successful hits

no, my real melee hit rate is about 90%, russian ACT counts it incorret.

I think the raid dps was 140k and I was 1# on the zw. For buffs I had feral and IA. TC doesnt really do shit for sks anymore so I gave that to a healer and upbeat tempo I gave to our warlock.
