No, no they arent. In some of the mid levels yes, but not at max level. Yes you will get both M1 with caress.

Not sure if this was posted anywhere i looked seemd to have missed it anyone run on test recently and seen where are dps is actually sitting ?

Looks like they added a 500hp bonus for our 5 set bonus, not bad. And no nerf to knight's stance as of yet
