Pretty sure bloodletter was intended that way so u are less 'wasteful' of bloodletter and go back to the thought process of having 1 life instead of 2 or 3 so u save that mit increase.

Any armor disarm and we instant lose 2 triggers & mit. incr. bonus...
Or I want change 1 item. Oops. BL drops and full raid waiting 2 minutes and 30 sec. Excellent.

And after 2 triggers of BL I lose my +5 mit. incr. in combat. I use 6 pieces of set and there is my survival?!
No one any other plate tanks don't lose own mit bonus in middle of fight.

i did pm that to ff about two months ago, no reply
there also is a bug with bloodletter reuse increasing to 4+minutes
why have that high reuse on a buff that cannot be cast in combat anyways?
