I'm going to be making myyself an SK to play shortly. Was just looking for some advice on which races you guys would advise.

Some say Ogre for the extra bash (stun & kb). Some like DE for their racial ablities (15 run speed invis, feather fall, Fury of Innoruuk). I went Iksar myself, because they look bad-ass when they are angry (attack mode), and I can breath underwater. It is soooo nice not to worry about drowning or putting on eb items.

I went Barbarian and I like it. Has a shield bash / knock back. 100 run speed in sprint. ogre prob better for a straight tank with hp buff and kb as well. Im on a pvp server, making the 100 run really nice at times. ;)

Ratonga also has 15% run speed invis, as well as an out of combat health regen buff (great for training through red zones), and a detaunt for when you're just dpsing.

lots of good choices here, personally im a dark elf, good dps temp buff, but iksar have alot of good defensive bonus's + a 50m nuke
