Pretty sure every tank class out there will all things being equal can tank just about any raid mob. Kinda what the purpose of all the fighter balancing was for. Some have better skill sets then others that will with certain mobs, but at the end of the day, All fighters are capable. I personally haven't gotten the opertunity for any avatars, but have main tanked alot of my guild first kills thru TSO, for whatever reason i happened to get my crit mit up faster then the guard so, i was the obvious choice on most.

Im the MT for my guild and MA/OT for my raid alliance dont really have a problem tanking much IMO its all got to do with the group and raid make up but no problems with agro or health
