I would say that spell crit is the most important, as the vast majority of our abilities are spell-based, and they enhance procs as well. My first consideration with all gear swaps after resists is maintaining near 100% spell crit.
Double attack can be very powerful, however much like dps mod it is highly dependent upon your weapon. If you have a mythical, double attack is probably your #2 priority after spell crit. If you have a good weapon, dps mod can be nice however its fairly easy to obtain via buffs so I would not put a high priority on it. If you're using a mastercrafted weapon though, it's probably at the bottom with dps mod.
Melee crit is probably the #3 priority, even though it affects a minority of our dps it benefits from linear, rather than diminishing returns.
After that it would be spell damage. We have very fast cast times, which would normally be great for +SD. However, because the majority of our spells are AEs, their benefit is cut in 1/3. Still, after crits and double attack it is our best bet.
At the bottom are attack speed and dps mod. Attack speed is a little more useful if you get much of your dps from procs. +combat art damage is probably the least useful, because it only affects 4-5 of our abilities.
Another important consideration is where you are on diminishing returns and +damage caps, of course. If you're near cap the usefulness of those abilities drop.
