there are four groups, each with one stronger book in it, right?

so wich two of the stronger books memwipe? is it always the same spots or is there some other way of telling?

I noticed two different names on the books, but they seems to be mixed between strong and lesser books, so didnt really get any wiser on that idea...

just look for the ones that aren't attacking you, generally a good sign that they are the mem-wipers...

Well I don't have anywhere near the gear to just run in and solo all the 2 ups... but figured it out pretty easy. The 2 ^^^ spectral tomb mem whipe. We just had our swashy pick them up. if they were too muvh I,d grab one with mythical. Easy enough. Thanks for the help. Glad I can still solo tank this zone.

get a troub to jcap you before you use sacrament, put your avoidance on the best healer in your group, and save riposte for when a book mem-whipes onto them.. that'll save the group wards from being used and give them 54% chance to be melee immune. i solo tank this pretty easy, just need people to pay a little attention.

One way to do these is everyone move into the inside left corner and stack. If you jump over the rail and stay against the wall, the books will not agro. Pull books, pop DM and burn. If everyone stays tight, you can let any of your agro skills refresh as the next wave will not agro.

We usually have the raid assist through me and I target all the double ups so that DM stays up for the majority of the fight. They die fast and should keep DM up for the triple ups. This has worked well for us and no need for the second tank.

One thing we may try next time is having a MA (scout) and see if DM will continue to stay up if I cast DM on the triple up and have the raid burn adds through the MA.

It's not actually the two spectral tombs that memwipe, tested it and it was random for each wave.

With one tank this encouter is a pain...just too many mobs, no real way to controll em all and the recast on Grave Sacrament is too long to be used but once. Can be done with one tank and hot shit healers. But...

With two tanks (even if you swap out to somone's alt), the encouter becomes trivial. Did it once with two SK (me) and a Ranger's alt....was kinda fun....AE hell!

Ya cuz an ability that outright prevents ALL damage under 50% of your health for 10 sec is totally worthless. /sarcasm off.

In MT grp I am pushing 20k hp....I dont take many 10k hits, even from boss's (raid wide nukes notwithstanding)...so ya...its worth it if something bad happens and you lose a healer or something.
