Default WHAT INFUSED VOID SHARD JEWELRY DID YOU PICK AND WHY?

I'm currently deployed and unable to play for about another seven months. I'm trying to decide which infused void shard jewelry to get for my 80 Sk once I return. I'm leaning towards the whole Stone Tower set, Rumbling Earring & Choker, Inner power Wristwrap & Coil, & Holytide Girdle & Band. Any thoughts on my choices? Is there better sets that I should choose instead? I will be tanking PUGS, small guild groups, and the occasional rare raid, since Sk's are not wanted very often to raid. I will eventually be in T2 void darksteel with deepwater barrier and at least epic of sedition. I have about 180AP's right now. Should be up to 200AP's within two months of being back home. Trying to get as much avoidance and MIT as I can and still be able to do decent DPS. went 4-4-8 INT, reaver, full STR line, and down the STA line some. Went with defensive choices for the shadow tree. Any constructive advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Whats your fucking problem with caps?

I am not sure if you're aware that in 7 months the next expansion will have launched, so your question makes no sense from the outset.

I LOVE THE CAPITALIZATION YOU USE, AND SHARD JEWELERY IS OVERRATED IMO. MAYBE ONE SET, STONE FOR +DEF & +AVOID IF U GET HIT TOO MUCH SINCE THE PROC SETS MIGHT BE NERFED!

You can get allot better jewlery from some of the easy zones out in everfrost.
Crucible=Fabled melee earing/ring Fabled shield w/15% shield block Fabled ring w/def and mit
Anetheima=Fabled earing w/Spell crits and small group buff.
there are many more out there in guk zones and in palace of ferz. this is what i know off atm meaning what i have seen droped mutiple times. so if you decide to wait it out and put your self out there and tank you can get some very nice instance stuff and then some decent easy to get raid stuff from WOE.

Save voidshards for alts i.m.o. so you have them for later.

(p.s.) Farm Naj. Tower every day there is a great ring from there that mages will hate you for if you loot it.

Best of luck, have fun farming

Crusading Cloak is pretty good for 15 shards.

Few things
1) Shadowknights are now desired in raids since they are the best offtank and are decent maintanks.
2) shard jewerly generally sucks and i would not recommend farming shards for the shard jewlerly when you can finish off your t3 shard armour instead.
3) most of the legendary drops in the heroic instances have been made tradable on test which means you can buy better jewerly for alot cheaper by the time you get back.
4) seven months we should i hope already be 1 month into the next expansion which is likely to raise the level cap to 90 and thus make farming shard jewerly/armour pointless.

Good luck and stay safe in your deployment

Thanks for the helpful posts. It sucks that I'm going to pretty much miss out on the TSO exp, just like I did with ROK. I for one hope that the next exp doesn't raise the level cap up. To the flamers: Flame on homos!

The next expansion will make the level cap 90. All the shard jewelery is shit.
