Re: Buffs
Here's a list of purely offensive-ish buffs. I'm not including stat buffs, and I'm probably leaving a few things out so feel free to correct me.
Dirge:
1. Groupwide dps mod buff
2. Groupwide weapon skill buff
3. Battle Cry: 15% double attack plus 5% flurry(triple attack)
4. Luck of the Dirge: Increases item proc rates (might apply to spell as well, either the dirge or temp one does, not sure)
5. Blade Chime: 100% proc off of all melee attacks, interrupts, and increases haste for long duration, raidwide with mythical, can be enhanced to increase item proc rates
6. Dead Calm: Melee proc, can be enhanced with 10% CA mod with mythical
7. Don't Kill the Messenger: Large melee and spell crit groupwide buff, shared with troub
8. Small groupwide casting speed buff, shared with troub
9. Large groupwide double attack buff, shared with troub
Troub:
1. Groupwide haste buff
2. Groupwide casting skill buff
3. Upbeat Tempo: 15% casting, 10% recast, 30% reuse, puts an extra tick on all dots
4. Harmonization: Increases duration of all temp buffs by 10% and reduces duration of dots by 10%
5. Precison of the Maestro: 100% proc on all hostile spells for short period, raidwide with mythical
7. Jesters cap: Large recast reduction buff for medium duration
8. Aria: Proc that when fully enhanced procs off of roughly half of all hostile spells, can be enhanced with 10% SD with mythical.
9. Don't Kill the Messenger: Large melee and spell crit groupwide buff, shared with dirge. However, a troub's DKtM is superior because it can be AA enhanced by an additional 5 all crits
10. Small groupwide casting speed buff, shared with dirge
11. Large groupwide double attack buff, shared with dirge
Illusionist:
1. Peace of Mind: 100% proc on all hostile spells for short period
2. Single target haste buff, can be enhanced with 10% double attack and made groupwide
3. Tandem: Damage proc on hostile spell, also has a dethreat component but with an SK the damage will always outweigh the dethreat
4. Illuminate: Reduces resistability of all spells substantially for short period of time
5. Illusory arm: 25% double attack
6. Time Compression: Something like 20% cast speed, 10% recast, 50% reuse
7. Mana Shroud: With TSO raid set can be enhanced to give 5% base spell and ca damage
8. Destructive Rampage: Groupwide 10% base spell/CA damage for medium duration
Coercer:
1. Peace of Mind, same as illy
2. Single-target dps mod buff
3. TSO 5-set bonus adds something like 20% groupwide casting speed
5. Mythical clicky adds small amount of mental damage to taunts
Warlock:
1. Single target melee proc dot, does not stack with wizard version
2. Green AE damage shield proc, fully enhanced it only triggers 1/2 the time
3. Propagations, increases proc rate of all buffs by 4%
Wizard:
1. Single target melee proc, does not stack with warlock version
2. Velium Gift: 100% proc on hostile spells for short duration
Conj:
1. Seed thingy, melee proc dot, also does AOE damage if mob dies with dot on them
Necromancer:
1. Nada
Mystic:
1. Groupwide double attack buff with fabled/mythical
2. Ancestry: 3% increase all procs
3. Bane Warding: Large damage shield placed on all wards, only gained from T2/T3 shard armor
4. Small groupwide haste buff from shaman pet
5. RoA: Large casting and reuse buff for medium duration, shared with defiler
Defiler:
1. Small melee proc that does additional damage if a mob heals
2. Bane Warding: Shared with mystic
3. Small groupwide haste buff from shaman pet
4. RoA: Large casting and reuse buff for medium duration, shared with mystic
Templar:
1. Blessings: Increases proc rates of items and buffs
2. Single-target hp buff can be enhanced to include small amount of double attack and weapon skill
3. Large groupwide casting speed buff for short duration, shared with inq
Inquisitor:
1. Fanatacism: Large groupwide reuse and attack speed buff, stifles the inq
2. Single-target hp buff also has medium amount of dps mod
3. Groupwide buff that procs when the inquisitor crits, I forget the name of it but its as powerful as tandem.
4. Small groupwide damage proc off of all attacks
5. Large groupwide casting speed buff for short duration, shared with temp
Warden:
1. Large weapon skills buff, can be enhanced to include double attack and +accuracy
2. Small single-target damage shield, does not stack with Fury's
Fury:
1. Feral: Procs large amount of dps mod and haste for short period, can be enhanced with other goodies
2. Small AE damage shield, does not stack with Warden's
Assassin:
1. Apply poison, the buff procs medium damage but it procs very often
Ranger:
1. Focus aim, reduces miss rate for short period
Swash:
1. CA that increases groupwide SD/CA mod by medium amount, can be maintained all the time, shared with Brigand
Brigand:
1. Thieves Guild: Makes the recipients mit debuffs substantially more effective
2. CA that increases groupwide SD/CA mod by medium amount, can be maintained all the time, shared with Swash
Guardian:
1. Groupwide weapon skills buff
2. Groupwide SD/CA mod buff (shared with zerker)
Berserker:
1. Groupwide berserk proc, short term haste+dps mod
2. Groupwide SD/CA mod buff (shared with guardian)
3. Raidwide DPS mod and recast reduction buff
Paladin:
1. Groupwide melee damage proc, does extra damage against undead
2. AA ability increases all autoattack, CA mod, and spell mod by 2%, shared with shadowknight
3. WIS ability increases all weapon skills by small amount, shared with shadowknight
Shadowknight:
1. Groupwide buff, procs small melee lifetap, can be enhanced to give groupwide 10% casting speed, 10% reuse
2. Death March, very short duration large casting speed and dps mod buff
3. Essence siphon, increases groupwide CA mod and spell mod by 120, can be maintained 100% of the time.
4. Raidewide base spell damage buff
In my experience, I've parsed the greatest numbers with this group setup:
Shadowknight, Mystic, Inquisitor, Troub, Illusionist, Wizard.
But my dream team is:
Shadowknight, Mystic, Inquisitor, Troub, Illusionist, Dirge
