Except for the stamina, yeah. You can also get 5% from an early Master II choice.

yeah yo, since the cap on stam is 1220, its so easy to cap it, if you cant find the lucan leadership M1, take any previous M1 or M2, it works just fine.

But the extra stamina on LL helps out the squishies a little.
