A 1,2% raise in base damage is really not interesting at all. 5 aa's better spent elsewhere.

Like where? You may not realize this, but none of the spells you can boost will add nearly as much to your damage as 1.2% to all your base damage, and that 1.2% to base is raid-wide.

The naysayers are full of it. Enhance: Lucan's Leadership is up there with Knights Stance and Enhance: Relentless Hunger as must-haves.

Other than the two previously mentioned abilities, nothing else in the TSO tree will net you as much personal DPS as the leadership increase. The Enhace: DT comes close, but doesn't quite match it.

And when you consider that the 1.2% base spell damage is raidwide, the effect is even greater. Especially if you have multiple SD capped chanters/summoners on a raid; for classes that are usually SD-capped the 1.2% base damage increase translates into a 2.4% actual damage increase.
