Whats funny is, noone mentioned a fight where possitioning is everything.

What happens when a ranged DPS has this ring proc on a fight like Zarrakon, where the dragon hops up into the raid, Squall goes off PB on all of the DPS, the tank snatches back the agro, and as the dragon is being dragged away he tail lashes the entire(still recovering from BP Squall) raid?

A few ranged dps have this in my guild....never lost aggro to it.

If your tank is losing aggro to it, time to re-arrange the tank group or get a new tank.

shut up idiot, seriously, it can if you are a no sucky dps class, or fighter put you on the top of the hate list, meaning you are going to for how ever many seconds it takes for the MT to gank it back with a snap have aggro, this also means unless you are on the mobs ass when this happens, its going to turn and move, this isn't such an issue on trash mobs or trash named,

How ever as i already posted there are more than a few where wearing this ring, is going to add an extra % chance of failure for every person in the raid wearing one, because there really are some mobs that will wipe your raid if the timing is poor on you ganking aggro.

Tank the way you are meant to tank...hold aggro the way you are meant to hold aggro and you won't have a problem. I wasn't sure but now I am a believer that the benefits from this ring FAR outweigh the possible problems...

just because you have shitty players that wear this thing, meaning they don't pull aggro, does not mean for the non shit players who can actually parse its not an issue, at best, you die, at worst you wipe your raid.

And what fucking benefits? this ring is worth about 120dps tops on a ZW parse for any class, its not that good anymore, and on fights you don't get to see, 120dps isn't worth being dead for.

First of all, you know NOTHING about how the raids that I attend are set up or the quality of their players.

And secondly, you find me a better DPS ring that isn't Avatar dropped. Only other one that comes to mind would be Anashti Ring.

Of course i do, i checked your guilds kill progression, that says to me you arent all that as you still have not killed even Field General in YIS.

You are the person claiming that no DPS in your guild pulls aggro with this ring on, well I'm telling you now, the only way that is possible is if you are never ever near the top of the hate list, and you are only never near the top of the hate list when you suck.

So you pick, your DPS either does pull aggro with this on and you lied, or they don't and they are sub par DPS.

As for a better DPS ring, that wasnt what you said, you said the benefits of it out weigh any concerns about it getting you or your raid dead, last i checked SK's are plate tanks, not a fucking DPS class,
IF you arent in the raid to Tank then you are a wasted fucking spot, its that simple,
No SK can put up the ZW numbers of a T1/T2 dps class, so who gives a fuck if you want to be in the raid and not tanking but taking up a DPS spot.

Your job is to fucking Tank, if you think a shitty 120dps extra is going to magically help you do this, you are an even bigger retard than i first took you for.
IF you are MT/OT or Tanking something the ring is no issue, unless you arent tanking the main part of the encounter but are dealing with add wave spawns, Ala FG, Tyrannus, Miragul, Ykesha, Munzok, Enraged haladan, in which case the ring is going to be a detriment to you, as you cannot DPS the name in between sets of ADDS without risking pulling the named off of the MT. sorry if this is to complex for you to grasp.
