Default Reaver Nerf on GU37

From the changes on the Test Server:

Reavers healing goes down from 2.5% to 2%

Nerf by 20%

I say they only do it cause they do the down the AA that are liked and up the AA that are not liked.

But the problem is for raiders this ability was quite over the point where it had a use. By nerfing it they bring it quite near to the point where it is useless.

At minimum the should also tune down the 1% we lost per tick also by 20%


Upping Siphon Amor by 33% (Miti is nearly useless once you reach a point) and upping the Blood pool Number by 60% btw makes them not really better cause the mecanism was the problem on that skills not the numbers.

Siphon Armor is also now raidwide which is a huge plus , less so if they fix it to only work on fighters.

Could be usefull when the dimishing return point wanders up in T8 but in the moment i would say we had the better deal with the 20% heal,
and who ever is youre sacrifice with Siphon Amor is more woundable, and if he dies, you're too.


I just dont like the fact that they do this not cause it would be overpowered, No the do it update some of the other skills that are at least questionable.
Its like having having 3 machines one working ok. the two other having issues, then taking parts from the first machine and build it into the two others, for no reason but you can state after that they are working all the same (all borked now but all the same)
great kind of fix :/

I dont see any reason this should be nerfeddown from 2.5% In all honesty I dont see why it was nerfeddownfrom 3% Sk's sometimes have a harder time dealing with spike dmg compared to other tank classes and this was the extra fix to level the playing field. Honestly I think at 3% since it seems most eof equiped sk's are around 9k + health it would be even with lifetaps and ward to being a warrior with generally 1-2K + hp in equal gearing.

Since im still mostly kos equipped my hp self buffed is around 7500-7800 depending on what gear and potions/food. Id like for it all to go back to 3% reaver as it actually does what its suppose to, and downing it again to 2% really hurts. Who thought this was a good idea cause i know no sk is screaming nerf me please. Undo this change and while your at it put it back to 3% and leave us the fuck alone lol.

I certainly don't think reaver is overpowered solo, group or raid.

if solo is their concern, my Illu pisses all over my SK for soloing speed, saftey and con of the mob. my wifes fury can also solo more than my SK (lets use boss mob of nest as an example, i can't solo it with my SK, i can with my illu, my wife can with her fury).

just wondering on what grounds they felt reaver needed a nerf...

making reaver 20% less effective is quite painful, and they certainly didn't make anything else more worthwhile. as you said, pools of blood still sucks. they could incraee its value by 200% it would still be shite.

why are we one of the only classes to only have 3 end abilities and so few AA choices in our sub class tree?

i think... that means if you get purple clubbed as we call it ... yo instantly get that much hp.. if ... if if thats the case how often do you see purple while you play? I think a handful of times myself and never on raids... lol. Maybe im wrong if I am please tell me how it works.

meh i dont see the big deal, i dont notice the heal amount from reaver now, so whats gonna change?.. nothing. thought the siphon armament thing is pretty cool, was a huge pos when you had to do it just inside group...

Turn it off in a in a long fight and you will see what happens,
cause more then 60% of your self heal comes from it. Maybe less if you got not over 9k hp. But's quiete the ability that lets the blood flow...

i have over 9k hp self buffed so thats not the issue and im not a MT so a heal amount really isnt that big of a deal to me, but i really dont think it will change anything in the long run, nerfs will always happen just be happy its this and not something more useful.
