It's not bullshit. The guy who did it was taken in last night around 6pm EST. He fled from the police all this time and then turned himself in. The conductor of the train even saw him get pushed in front. He tried to slow down and only managed to get to 10 m/h but even thats not enough to prevent him from getting killed.

We knew both of them, the man who did it and the man who was killed.
