To anyone who has a prefference, What clothing do you workout in?
Here's my situation: I used to go to the gym 2-3x a week but then stopped for a few months. Well about 2 months ago I started up again, but this time I found out that at work there is a free gym downstairs. It's smaller, but it's also almost always empty and has about 8 machines plus some freeweights, locker room, and shower, so it's pretty much enough to get things done. Anyhow, I've started working out every workday for about an hour a day on my lunchbreak. 5x a week is the most I've ever worked out since my Army days. My normal clothes were just a cotton shirt and basketball short, and they were getting so stinky, so I switched to underarmor.
Now I LOVE Underarmor, and I always have, but they are wicked expensive, and the 2 Underarmor shirts I have are compression, so they are kinda tight. Now I have lost some weight, (just over 15 pounds since Halloween), but I still have some belly, so looking for some opinions on what people like to wear. I just a columbia longsleeve and a Nike Pro Combat longsleeve to try out next week.
Also, I have been using the same clothes all week, just letting them air-dry in my car. By friday they tend to get kinda nasty. The underarmor handles the funk way better than cotton though, but that is a factor.
