I'm looking for a guild that raid RoK with success. And that have a good comunity and good enviorment and that raid 3-5 days (or something like that)

Play times:
as i work shift i got an odd play time
Even weeks (e.g 2, 4, 6, 8 etc) i work late shift from 13.00 (1.00pm) to 22.00 (10.00pm) monday to thursday.
Uneven weeks (e.g 1, 4, 5, 7 etc) i work morning shift. 05.00 (05.00am) to 13.00 (1.00pm) monday to friday.
so if raid 7 days a week i could only keep 50% attendence. if 5-6 days 60% depening on day well u know what i mean.
