80 assassin lf raiding guild

been playing eq2 for 3,5 years on us server but recent RL changes have made it impossible for me to raid at 3am every night so i'm moving my main to either splitpaw or runnyeye.
only missing a few masters, 1 kill away from mythical, cleared up to VP with current guild and of course 80/140.

How often do you want to raid, what are your goals, do you wann aim for avatars, ...
