New Blood is casual raid guild looking to fill our ranks. We have a 5 day a week raid schedule with Tuesday and Thursday as the most important ones. Monday and Sunday are also primary days, but more flexible based on attendence and where we are in terms of progression. Friday is reserved for farming and funsies. As far as progression goes we've cleared all t1 and t2 zones and Malevolence & Ire in SoH. We do not have an attendance requirement, but in general we are looking for people who will be attending regularly, and interested in contributing to the guild beyond just raiding. To go along with our lack of an attendence policy, this we do not currently use DKP for loot. For our main raid force, items are rolled on by those that would benefit from them (I realize this is ambiguous, please contact one of us below to ask more specifics on how we do it).
