That's indeed true for a guild like Validus, where we have high attendances. For guilds where the attendance isn't that high it can be a good thing. It all has his pro's and cons i suppose.

Of course the rotation was requested with farm mobs in mind. Guild firsts were mostly done with the same people in each group with the exception of some who couldn't make it to the raid.

I think this goes without saying.

I come from a guild with lower attendence, and also we strife to have our first choice in first position....why would we make ourselfs less effective?

our second choices get plenty experience when the first choice is not attending.....

He said "any raid force". I agree that when people aren't reliable, things do change a bit, but the way he suggested is far from the best way of handling things in an "ideal" situation, which is to say when everyone is available all the time. Having been in casual raiding guilds before, I know that SoD probably has some reliable members, and if they were to look to optimize performance, they would stick those members in static positions!

Wondered why you haven't been on in like, forever! MSN is easy to install, doesn't it come with windows ffs? Excuses!
