This thread reminds me how much more drama that casual guilds have over hardcore guilds.. I think I've raided HC for too long now, I almost forgot! From time to time, someone will forward me some nice guild thread or something and remind me .. but, to think I thought that Validus had some emo people, wow I guess I was wrong!

Yeah trouble is it's me trying to slipstream it (Removing shit like firewall, secuirty centre, etc) and it's not going well. Had no computer at home for ages since I had to take it to a shop to fix what I fucked up

I don't remember to have insulted you ever, not in public or in private. not here or on any other forum. The fact that you write in a flame forum and put out threats like "If i begin to talk bla bla...." that's your choice, and i could not care less. you can talk whatever you want if that makes you feel good.
I just replied on this forum because the name of my guild was mentioned and clarified some things that were misunderstood about our guild.
But if you want to vent....flame on

You should install the most important patch to Vista yet, I think it's called Windows XP!

I'm actually finding this useful to see what other guilds do with regard to their players and the positions they take. I guess it's a horses for courses thing, I suspect a guild will always want their best people in certain roles - it makes perfect sense.

When raid attendance is sporadic (and mine is approx 60%, so sporadic I am), then being able to fill those roles 100% of the time may not be achievable.

It's kinda moot, as it was resolved at the time on the forums with a fairly adult and open discussion, where it was agreed that on farm targets, roles would be rotated to ensure people had experience across the different raid roles.

I came to EQ2 from an old school EQ fairly HC raiding guild, and with that, we had MT rotations, we had various healing roles (including the dreaded CH rotation), and we ensured that those roles were varied on a target by target basis. Obviously with EQ (as with EQ2) the new targets you put your key people on. But again, through all other targets, you rotated roles so that when less_experienced_tank_01 finally got their shot because other tanks had died on big_encounter_01, then they knew what to do, how to react, etc. etc. - just made sense to me then, but I guess the EQ2 world is fundamentally different.

Anyway, sorry for the thread derailment to the original poster, and like other SoD posters, I wish Fidelis well, I only really replied to answer Tuna, as I thought the issue was long since dead

scars lol, nah, i just don't deal well with people showing two faces. I rarely flame on this forum but you of all people coming here with your holier then thou attitude irked me the wrong way

And about having scars, no need to get them from a game if you have a real life. At least if you don't let those two interfere with eachother
